Mom and Dad Workout with Pochi
Warm-Up:
Start with a brisk 5-10 minute walk with your dog. This will help your mom and dog warm up and get their muscles ready for the workout.
Main Workout:
Doggy Jog: Begin with a light or brisk walk with your dog. Your mom can use a hands-free or regular leash, and your dog can lead the way. Aim for at least 15-20 minutes of continuous jogging or walking.
Fetch and Squats: Your mom can stand in one spot and throw a ball or toy for the dog to fetch. As the dog retrieves the toy, your mom can perform squats. When the dog returns the toy, your mom can throw it again and continue doing squats. Aim for three sets of 10-15 squats.
Doggy Lunges: With your dog on a leash, your mom can step forward into a lunge position while the dog walks alongside. As your mom steps back, the dog can follow, creating a natural resistance for the lunges. Aim for three sets of 10 lunges on each leg.
Agility Exercises: Set up a miniature agility course in the backyard using cones, hula hoops, or other safe, dog-friendly obstacles. Your mom can guide the dog through the course, encouraging them to jump over, weave around, or crawl under the challenges. This will keep both your mom and the dog active and engaged.
Cool Down:
Finish the workout with a 5-10 minute cool down walk with your dog. This will help lower the heart rate and prevent stiffness or soreness.
Remember to stay hydrated and take breaks for your mom and dog as needed. With this workout, your mom and dog can have a blast while staying fit and healthy together!

Main Workout:
Doggy Walk or Jog: Your kids can take the dog for a brisk walk or light jog around the neighborhood or in a nearby park. Please encourage them to maintain a steady pace and enjoy the fresh air. Aim for at least 15-20 minutes of walking or jogging.
Fetch and Agility: Your kids can play fetch with the dog using a ball or a favorite toy. They can also set up a miniature agility course in the backyard using safe, dog-friendly obstacles like cones or hurdles. Encourage the dog to jump over, weave around, or crawl under the obstacles while your kids guide and cheer them on.
Doggy Yoga: Your kids can try simple yoga poses with the dog. They can encourage the dog to join them in a downward-facing dog, upward-facing dog, or even a seated meditation while petting and bonding with their furry friend.
Hide and Seek: Have your kids hide in the yard or house while another family member holds the dog. Once hidden, the family member can release the dog to find the kids. This game provides physical activity for the dog and engages their mental stimulation.

Make sure to supervise the kids and dog interaction at all times and encourage positive reinforcement and praise. With this workout plan, your kids and dog can have a blast while staying active and building a strong bond!
Grandma and Grandpa Workout with Pochi
Warm-Up:
Before engaging in any physical activities, grandma needs to prepare her body. She can start with gentle stretches such as neck rolls, shoulder shrugs, and arm circles to loosen up her muscles and increase blood flow.
Additionally, light walking or marching in place for a few minutes can help to gradually elevate her heart rate and warm up her body for the upcoming activities with her dog.
Main Workout:
Gentle Walk: Your grandma and dog can start with a leisurely walk around the neighborhood or a nearby park. Please encourage them to move comfortably, allowing your dog to explore and enjoy the surroundings while your grandma gets light exercise.
Fetch and Gentle Toss: Your grandma can sit on a bench or chair while gently tossing a ball or toy for the dog to retrieve. This activity can be a fun way for your dog to stay active while your grandma enjoys the interaction and light movement.
Gentle Stretching: After the walk, your grandma and your dog can engage in some gentle stretching exercises. Your grandma can sit on the floor or in a chair and encourage your dog to join her by gently stretching their legs and back. This can be a relaxing and bonding experience for your grandma and dog.
Mental Stimulation: Engage your dog's mind by hiding treats or toys around the house or yard for them to find. Your grandma can supervise and encourage your dog as they use their sense of smell and problem-solving skills to locate the hidden treasures.
Relaxation Time: After the workout, your grandma and dog can unwind. Your grandma can sit comfortably while petting and bonding with your dog, providing a calming and enjoyable experience.
Always ensure that the exercises suit your dog's age, breed, and physical condition and that your grandma is comfortable and safe throughout the activities. This gentle workout plan provides light exercise, mental stimulation, and bonding time for your grandma and your beloved dog.
